Certainly: Jug's strong point is precisely that of giving the customer the possibility of customising their own washbasin or table, according to their needs. In this case, a targeted estimate will then be drawn up on the basis of the design received.

Absolutely yes: the 20 wood types included in the catalogue are the ones that best match this type of furniture, but if you receive the finish and/or colour you require, there would be no problem in producing the chosen washbasin or table. For a matter of internal management, however, an ad hoc estimate will be prepared, which will take into account the different purchase price of the slab.

The approximate production time for both washbasins and tables is about 30/35 days from the date of receipt of the order (for standard models): each element is in fact handcrafted from the beginning and there are no semi-finished and/or stocked pieces.

To remedy this problem, Jug provides the customer with both packaging in a wooden crate and insurance (optional, extra charge) for all washbasins and furniture elements. Photos of the damaged element are still required.

As far as transport is concerned, there are no problems: we deliver throughout Italy and most of Europe with a specialised carrier (also with hydraulic tailboard); as far as assembly is concerned, however, we recommend that you hire a professional because Jug is only a furniture manufacturer.

All furniture items offered come with a 24-month warranty in accordance with the law. However, there is an after-sales consulting and customer service for various problems.

Fixing screws are only included for tables; washbasins, on the other hand, are delivered without screws because the support on which they will be fixed is unknown.
